PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT)  announced that there has been a conversion of Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) Phase II into shares with the following details:

Number of shares	87,400 shares
Origin of shares	MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 39,000 shares  MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 48,400 shares
Listing date	June 14, 2016
Trading date	June 14, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,573,015,350 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 885,000 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 800,850 shares.
