Indonesia Exchange announced that in order to transfer the proceeds from the tender offer to PT Sinarindo Ekamulya, which would be conducted by PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as the party appointed by the Company, Bourse decided to:

1. Revoking the temporary suspension of securities trading in negotiation market for the stock transaction from the tender offer since the second session of securities trading at 15.30 WIB on Friday, September 8, 2017.

2. Furthermore, Bourse will keep temporarily suspend the company's securities trading on the company's shares after PT Sinarindo Ekamulya carry out the transfer at the second trading session at 15.45 WIB on Friday, September 8, 2017. (W)
