The Exchange decided to delist PT. Berau Coal Energy Tbk (BRAU) from the Indonesia Stock Exchange effectively on November 16, 2017.

Furthermore, the delisting process of the Company’s stock as follow:

By removing the Company’s status as a Public Listed Company (Delisting), therefore the Company does not have any responsibility as a Public Listed Company and the Indonesia Stock Exchange will remove the Company’s name from the Public Listed Companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
