Referring to the Indonesia Exchange letter and considering the absence of adequate information disclosed from the Company related to changes in the Company's shares ownership transactions that have the potential in the change of control, and in order to maintain an orderly, fair, and efficient market, Bourse decided to suspend the trading securities of the Company in Regular Market and Cash Market starting from the first trading session on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 until further notice.

Bourse appealed to all stakeholders to pay attention to any information disclosed by the Company.
