Referring to the letter of PT. Siwani Makmur Tbk (SIMA) No: 102 / SIMA / DIR / X / 2015 dated October 30, 2015, regarding the request to answer the explanation that the Company has not operated normally and postponed the engine repairs, and in order to conduct regular, fair securities trading and efficiently, Indonesia Exchange decided to suspend PT. Siwani Makmur Tbk (SIMA) in Regular Market and Cash Market since the trading first session on Monday, November 2, 2015 until further notice.

Related to this matter, the Exchange is currently in the process of requesting further clarification from the Company.
