Approval of the Capital Increases Without Pre-emptive Rights as referred in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.38 / POJK.04 / 2014 dated December 29, 2014 on capital increase without pre-emptive rights (PMTHMETD) with a maximum amount of 1,500,000,000 shares at nominal value of Rp 100, - per share or 9.76% (nine point seventy six per cent) of the issued and fully paid in capital of the Company.
2. Delegation of authority to the Board of Commissioners of the Company to declare in a separate notarial deed regarding the realization of the new shares issuance in PMTHMETD and amendment the article 4 of the company's Articles of Association
