Plan of proceeds usage

• To conduct PUT III by issuing a maximum Rights of 68,000,000,000 (sixty eight billion) ordinary shares on behalf of series C with a nominal value of 100.00 (one hundred Rupiah),
• Amendment to Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Company Articles of Association to increase the Company authorized capital from Rp 27,770,000,000,000.00 (twenty seven trillion seven hundred seventy billion Rupiah) to Rp.63,000,000,000,000.00 (sixty three trillion Rupiah),
• Amendment to Article 4 paragraph (2) of the Company Articles of Association related to the PUT III implementation,
• Delegation of authority with the right of substitution to the Directors to carry out the decisions aforementioned, including but not limited to make or request all necessary deeds, letters and documents, in the presence of authorised parties/officials including notaries, submit applications to authorised parties/officials as referred in the applicable laws and regulations.
