PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia / Indonesia Stock Exchange announced, until Friday, December 18, 2015, Stock Exchange has not received the penalty fee from PT. Berau Coal Energy Tbk (BRAU) related to the late submission in responding of explanation to Stock Exchange.

Under that term, Stock Exchange Indonesia decided to extend the temporary suspension of the Company shares trading since the first session on December 21, 2015.
