The Company obtained a Disclaimer for 2 consecutive years, in the period of December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017. Referring to Circular Letter No. : SE-008/BEJ/08-2004 dated August 27, 2004 regardin the Temporary Suspension on trading securities of Listed Company, the Exchange may suspend the trading securities of the Listed Company, if the Audited Financial Statements of the Company obtain a Disclaimer for 2 times in a row.

Related to this, Indonesia Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL) in all markets starting from the second trading session on Monday, May 27, 2019 until further notice.
