Based on the letter of PT Cottonindo Ariesta Tbk (the Company) No. 089/DIR.CA/LAP.OJK/VIII/2021 dated August 23, 2021 regarding the Information or Material Facts due to the Covid-19 Pandemic regarding the Temporary Operational Deactivation on Production, and with the consideration on any problem indications related to the continuity of the company's business, the Exchange decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Cottonindo Ariesta Tbk. (KPAS and KPAS-W) in all Markets starting from the second session on August 24, 2021 until further notice.

The Exchange advises to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the company.
