JAKARTA. PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) is set to channel interim dividend of IDR 280 per share or IDR 75.26 billion in total.

Wiriady Widjaja, Corporate Secretary of RDTX, said that this plan aligns with the result of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company at the end of 2022. “It had been approved by the Board of Commissioners of RDTX on December 28, 2022,” he further mentioned in the information disclosure.

The interim dividend will be paid out to RDTX’s shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by January 11, 2023. Next, the dividend itself will be disbursed on January 27, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials, RDTX recorded a net profit of IDR 193.43 billion at the end of September 2022. It also recorded retained earnings of IDR 2.82 trillion, while its equity clocked up to IDR 2.97 trillion in total. (KR/ZH)
