Len Industri suspected of collusion of railway signal project
JAKARTA – PT Len Industri (Persero) and five other parties are reportedly sued for alleged collusion regarding the tender offer of electrical signal system for the double-track Bogor-Cicurug railway.
According to the press release quoted Wednesday (11/1), other parties suspected of collusion are PT Len Railway System, PT Christalenta Pratama, and PT Pindad Global Sources and Trading. There are also reports of involvement of Working Group for Selection of Goods/Service Providers of the Working Unit of the West Java Region Railway Engineering Center, Ministry of Transportation, as well as Commitment-Making Officials of the Railway Development of Bogor-Sukabumi-Padalarang, West Java, Ministry of Transportation.
These companies allegedly violate Article 22 of Act No.5/1999 regarding the tender offer of the electrical signal system establishment for the double-track Bogor-Cicurug railway. The hearing is scheduled to take place next week (17/1) after being postponed. (LK/ZH)
