JAKARTA – PT Sirius Surya Sentosa (SSS) is known to have been listed as the holder of 34% of PT Pakuan Tbk (UANG), a property issuer, through a transaction that took place in late 2022 (29/12). SSS is a company owned by Tri Ramadi, the controlling shareholder of UANG through PT Bhineka Investama Abadi (BAI).

Quoted from the information disclosure on Friday (13/1), Erick Wihardja, President Director of UANG, claimed that the number of shares bought by SSS clocks up to 411,828,100 shares. Each was bought for IDR 514. “The purpose of this transaction is for internal restructuring process,” he explained.

In total, the value of this transaction clocks up to IDR 211.67 billion.

Post-transaction, BAI’s portion in UANG is down to 40%. Prior to this, BAI had 74.03% of the shares, approiximately 1.21 billion shares, while the public has another 25.94 billion units. (LK/ZH)
