JAKARTA – PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the managing company of Mayapada Hospital, realises IDR 213.93 billion of the total proceeds of the issuance of Bonds I 2022 of IDR 950 billion. Said funds will be advanced to its subsidiaries, in line with its initial plan stated in the prospectus.

Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya, confirmed that the amount of unrealised bonds proceeds reaches IDR 727.42 billion. Approximately IDR 630 billion is now placed in deposit, equipped with an annual interest rate of 6%, while the remaining IDR 97.42 billion is stored in its current account with an interest rate of 3.1%.

The subsidiaries that will receive the bonds proceeds include PT Nusa Sejahtera Kharisma, receiving IDR 129.83 billion, PT Nirmala Kencana Mas of IDR 8.54 billion, and PT Sejahtera Abadi Solusi of IDR 32.32 billion. Lastly, the company will use IDR 43.22 billion of the proceeds for themselves. (LK/ZH)
