JAKARTA – PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) recorded over twofold increase in its profit in 2022 compared to 2021’s realisation. Said achievement was supported by a massive increase in its revenue as the community activity restriction (PPKM) has been lifted.

In its Financial Report 2022 quoted today (6/2), Khalid bin Omar Abdat, President Director of Eastparc Hotel, claimed that its revenue reached IDR 86.44 billion, shifting 69.42% from IDR 51.02 billion in 2021.

The rooms contributed IDR 55.37 billion to total revenue, increasing from IDR 32.69 billion. The food and beverage segment generated IDR 28.8 billion, growing from IDR 16.76 billion, similar to other segments that shifted from IDR 1.55 billion to IDR 2.27 billion.

Its operating profit also reportedly soared from IDR 14.64 billion to IDR 36.56 billion, allowing its current year’s net profit to multiply 145.02% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 12.46 billion to IDR 29.76 billion in 2022. (LK/ZH)
