Confident, PACK aims for 23% revenue growth in 2023
JAKARTA – PT Solusi Kemasan Digital Tbk (PACK) is confident about attaining annual revenue growth of 24% this year. Until July 2022, the FlexyPack packaging manufacturer had managed to score IDR 26.22 billion of revenue.
During the initial public listing of shares in the stock exchange this morning (8/2), Denny Winoto, President Director of PACK, confirmed that the revenue growth target has been set to over 20%. “We expect the revenue to grow by 23%-24% until the end of this year,” he said.
Until July 2022, the profit reached IDR 705.95 million, while its revenue soared 40.9% from IDR 18.6 billion in June 2022.
Regarding its debut in the stock exchange, the issuer recorded an oversubscription of 6.98 times during yesterday’s (2-6/2) public offering. “The stock listing is a milestone for the company to reach an even higher level,” Winoto stated.
This packaging manufacturer raised IDR 49.9 billion during its initial public offering (IPO) in exchange for 308 million shares, offered for IDR 162 each. PACK also secured IDR 21.56 billion of fresh funds through the issuance of 61.6 million units of series I warrants, which are exchangeable with new shares worth IDR 350 each. (LK/ZH)
