JAKARTA. PT Agro Sejahtera Abadi will raise up to IDR 50 billion in fresh funds from the issuance of Medium Term Notes (MTN).

The debt securities have been registered in the collective custody of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), under the name MTN Agro Sejahtera Abadi Tahun 2020 Phase I Series B. The electronic distribution of the MTN will be carried out on 10 February 2023.

Agro Sejahtera Abadi offers a fixed interest rate of 10.5% per year. Interest will be paid monthly, for 36 months.

In issuing these debt securities, Agro Sejahtera Abadi has appointed PT KB Valbury Sekuritas as arranger. (KR/LM)
