PANI divests 39% in Windu Blambang Sejati
JAKARTA – PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) has divested 9,750 shares or 39% of its portion in PT Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS). The issued and paid-up capital of WBS clocks up to 25,000 shares.
Prilli BP Soetantyo, President Director of Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri, claimed that this divestment made returns of IDR 11.06 billion. “The buyer is Hendra Hasan Kustardjo, an unaffiliated party,” he revealed in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (9/2).
WBS is a subsidiary of PANI with a 99% ownership percentage. Established in 2009, its total assets in September 2022 reached IDR 144.5 billion. The company manages the fisheries product processing and cold storage in Banyuwangi, East Java.
PANI is known to have acquired 9,750 shares or 39% of WBS’s shares from Hendra Hasan Kustardjo on December 13, 2017. At that time, PANI spent IDR 9.75 million for the acquisition. (LK/ZH)
