Installing bonds payment, LPKR spent USD 224.72 million
JAKARTA – Theta Capital Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LKPR), installed a total USD 224.72 million for two bonds that will mature in 2025 and 2026 last week (10/2). The money originates from the syndicated loan facility.
In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (15/2), Ratih Safitri, Corporate Secretary of Lippo Karawaci, confirmed that Theta Capital has paid USD 116.26 million and USD 108.46 million to the holders of Bonds 2025 and Bonds 2026. “After all these payments, the outstanding amount of Bonds 2025 and 2026 is USD 288.73 million and USD 308.56 million,” she added.
The interest rate of both bonds are 8.125% and 6.75%.
According to Safitri, the instalment for those bonds will positively affect the company.
On February 6, 2023, Theta Capital secured a financing facility from creditors, in which PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB) acted as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. (LK/ZH)
