JAKARTA. PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) has distributed capital injections for 2 of its subsidiaries, after holding an Initial Public Offering (IPO) earlier this month.

The two IRSX subsidiaries that received capital injections were PT Aviana Semesta Anugerah (ASA) and PT Digital Nata Karya (DNK). The total capital injection distributed to ASA was IDR 27 billion and DNK IDR 50 billion.

"This transaction is to strengthen capital and is expected to increase the operational activities of subsidiaries," said Gusti Ngurah Komang Panji Pramana, Main Director of IRSX.

According to idnfinancials.com data, IRSX has just raised IDR 101 billion in fresh funds from the IPO.

Of all the IPO funds raised, the company plans to allocate around 50% for working capital for DNK and 27.55% for ASA. While the remaining 21.43% will be used for the company's working capital and capital expenditures. (KR/LM)
