Supermal Karawaci sued for default of IDR 288.63 billion
JAKARTA - PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC) sues PT Supermal Karawaci for default, failing to pay back IDR 288.63 billion of debts. South Jakarta District Court is then asked to verify the credit agreement extension.
According to the South Jakarta District Court website quoted today (21/2), INCP filed the claim last week on February 14, 2023, under case No.169/Pdt.G/2023/PN Jkt.Sel. This claim was submitted under the name of Joseph Maximilian Eduard Pauner, SH, MH.
In this lawsuit, INCP asks the judges to verify the credit agreement deed No.38 dated August 7, 2021, as well as the extension of the credit agreement No.003/POKJA.Aset/PPK-RL/II/2022 dated April 4, 2022, the extension of the credit agreement No.005/POKJA/Aset/PPK-RL/V/2022 dated May 25, 2022, and the extension of credit agreement No.007/POKJA.Aset/PPL-RL/VII/2022 dated August 26, 2022.
The total value of the claim consists of IDR 280 billion of debt principal, IDR 4.34 billion of interest, IDR 200.30 million of fine interest, IDR 724.19 million of fine, IDR 3.30 billion of other fees, and IDR 67.55 billion of other charges. (LK/ZH)
