JAKARTA. PT Agro Sejahtera Abadi (ASA) will once again raise fresh funds of IDR 50 billion from issuing medium term notes (MTN) with a principal of IDR 50 billion.

Said securities have been registered under the title MTN of PT Agro Sejahtera Abadi Year 2020 Phase 1 Series C. The coupon attached to this MTN is 10.5% per annum, which will be paid every month for the next 36 months.

The distribution of the MTN is set to February 24, 2023, followed by the first coupon payment on March 24, 2023. The MTN will mature on February 24, 2026.

ASA has assigned PT KB Valbury Sekuritas as the arranger of the MTN issuance.

Based on IDNFinancials record, ASA had previously issued MTN series A and B with principals of IDR 50 billion each. The series A MTN will mature this year on April 15, whereas the series B MTN will mature on February 10, 2026. (KR/ZH)
