Famon Obor Maju to divest 4.72% its portion in Awal Bros Hospital
JAKARTA – PT Famon Obor Maju (FOM) sold off 4.72% of its shares in PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), the managing company of Awal Bros Hospital, in a transaction last week (20/2).
Quoted from the information disclosure on Monday (27/2), Leona Agustine Karnali, Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), confirmed that FOM sold 658.88 million shares for IDR 905 each.
The number of shares of FOM after this transaction will be down to 6.48 billion units or 46.47%, sliding off from 7.14 billion shares or 51.19%. After being calculated, the transaction value of this divestment clocked up to IDR 596.29 billion.
Until January 2023, the issued and paid-up capital of PRAY was 13.95 billion shares, with the shareholder structure consisting of FOM of 51.19%, PT Awal Bros Citra Batam (ABCB) of 22%, PT Sehat Abadi (SA) of 14.23%, and public investors of 12.58%. (LK/ZH)
