JAKARTA. PT Murni Sadar Tbk (MTMH), the owner of Murni Teguh Hospital network, has established a new subsidiary called PT Anugerah Cakrawala Farmaka (CAF).

Mutiara, President Director of MTMH, claimed that CAF was formed with an authorised capital and paid-up capital of IDR 1 billion. “The formation of this company is intended to support the expansion of hospital in terms of radiopharmaceutical activities, as well as adding PET scan services in Murni Teguh Hospitals,” she mentioned in the official disclosure.

Mutiara further mentioned that the establishment of CAF has been featured in Act No.44 dated January 31, 2023, and has been verified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

According to IDNFinancials data, MTMH has been quite busy with its corporate actions in the past months, starting from acquisition to equity participation to its subsidiary.

On January 30, 2023, MTMH recently acquired shares and assets of PT Horas Insani Abadi. Then, on December 30, 2022, the company had channelled an investment of IDR 5 billion to PT Medikarya Aminah Utama.

For the record, MTMH was listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on April 20, 2022. In its initial public offering (IPO), the company managed to raise IDR 325.14 billion of fresh funds. (KR/ZH)
