JAKARTA – PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) booked 320.31% year-on-year (yoy) profit surge in 2022 to IDR 562.55 billion, turning the table around from the loss of IDR 255.34 billion in 2021. The achievement resulted from the increase of revenue and net profit of its subsidiaries, proliferating from IDR 25.08 billion to IDR 263.34 billion.

Quoting the 2022 Annual Report published today (3/4), IMAS’s revenue clocked up to IDR 25.58 trillion, shifting 33.41% yoy from IDR 19.17 trillion. The revenue from the third party reached IDR 23.68 trillion in 2022, shifting from IDR 17.75 trillion in 2021, while related parties generated IDR 1.90 trillion of revenue in 2022, growing from IDR 1.41 trillion in 2021.

The automotive segment brought in IDR 16.40 trillion of revenue, followed by the financial service segment of IDR 4.59 trillion and others of IDR 4.58 trillion. In 2021, the automotive segment contributed IDR 12.08 trillion, while the financial service segment turned in IDR 3.81 trillion and others IDR 3.28 trillion.

The gross profit clocked up to IDR 5.20 trillion in 2022, 40.94% yoy higher from IDR 3.69 trillion recorded in 2021. The operating profit also increased 51.98% yoy from IDR 1.31 trillion in 2021 to IDR 1.99 trillion in 2022. (LK/ZH)
