JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) will channel out final dividend for the fiscal year 2022 worth IDR 2.87 trillion on May 10, 2023. Said amount is equal to 60% of the net profit in 2022 of IDR 4.78 trillion.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (12/4), the dividend will be distributed to all Class A and B shareholders, all rounded up to 24.93 billion shares, excluding the treasury stock. Each share will gain IDR 115.16.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 18 and 26, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on April 27-28, and the recording date is set on April 27. 

The dividend distribution plan was agreed during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (10/4). The remaining net profit after this dividend allocation, worth IDR 1.91 trillion, will be utilised to promote business activities. (LK/ZH)
