Two shareholders of Sumber Mas divested their entire portions
JAKARTA – Two shareholders of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM) divested their entire shares, accumulated to a total of 150 million units, in a transaction that took place last week (7/4). Both parties in question are , PT Umaty Global Finance (UGF) and PT Zareen Capital Nusantara (ZCN).
Budiman Pramono Sidi, Corporate Secretary of Sumber Mas Konstruksi, claimed that ZCN has sold off 100 million units of its shares, equivalent to 7.98% of the total issued and paid-up capital, whereas UGF has divested 150 million units of its shares or 11.97% of the shares. At the end of this transaction, their portions are down to 0%.
Until March 8, 2023, SMKM’s shares clocked up to 1.25 billion units, 56.11% of which belong to PT Vina Nauli Jordania (VNJ), followed by UGF of 11.97%, ZCN of 7.98%, and the public of 23.94%.
The transaction took place on April 7, 2023, which happened to be a national holiday. However, on April 6, SMKM’s shares were closed at IDR 925 per share. Therefore, the estimated total value of this transaction is IDR 231.25 billion. (LK/ZH)
