JAKARTA. PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH), a nickel mining company that owns a concession area in South Konawe, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 59.76 billion from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

Rivka Rotua Natasya, Corporate Secretary of IFSH, conveyed the plan according to the results of the shareholders' meeting which was held earlier this week. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 30% of net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.

Each holder of 1 IFSH share will receive a dividend of IDR 28.12. Dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded on the recording date on 27 April 2023. Payment of cash dividends is scheduled for 12 May 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, IFSH posted a net profit of IDR 199.19 billion in the 2022 financial year. The company also has a retained earnings balance of IDR 502.68 billion as of 31 December 2022, and has total equity of IDR 777.99 billion.

Currently, 40.80% of IFSH shares are owned by PT Fajar Mining Resources. As much as 39.20% of the shares are owned by Wahana Tri Lintas Mining, 20% are owned by public investors, and the remainder is owned by Oei Michele Mallorie. (KR/LM)
