JAKARTA - PT Kaltara Power Indonesia (KPI) has received additional capital worth IDR 235.77 billion injected by PT Cita Mineralindo Tbk (CITA) after issuing 16,260 shares.

Yusak Lumban Pardede, Director of CITA, claimed that the decision to issue these shares had been approved by KPI’s shareholders. As the plan went on smoothly, KPI successfully issued 249,710 shares worth IDR 3.62 trillion.

After this corporate action, KPI’s shareholders now consist of PT Adaro Power (AP) that owns 209,755 shares (IDR3.04 trillion), CITA of 39,954 shares (IDR579.33 billion), and KPI of 1 unit of share.

The fund gained by KPI in this shares issuance will be used to build, operate, and maintain power plants in Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia, Bulungan, North Kalimantan. (LK/ZH)
