JAKARTA - PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRIS) works together with PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) to build a branch office of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Wisma Antara via an optimalisation of a build, operate and transfer (BOT) scheme. The compensation received by PTPP for this collaborative initiative is IDR 346.08 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (4/5), the BOT transaction is an indication of synergy within SOEs, as the government holds one unit of Dwiwarna Series A share, both in BRIS and PTPP.

This cooperation is intended to support BSI's operational activities, increasing assets, as well as implementing operational efficiency. At the end of this collaboration, said asset will be handed over to BSI to conduct its operation. (LK/ZH)
