JAKARTA. PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), a food and beverage issuer, announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 5 billion from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

Andarurachman Putra, President Director of LUCY, said the plan was in accordance with the results of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held in early May 2023. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 92.8% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

Cash dividends will be given to LUCY shareholders, whose names are recorded on the recording date on May 12, 2023. Each holder of 1 share of the company will receive a dividend of IDR 4.7. Dividend payments will be made on May 31, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, LUCY recorded a net profit of IDR 5.39 billion in the 2023 fiscall year. The company also has a retained earnings balance of IDR 388 million as of December 31 2022, and total equity of IDR 47.37 billion.

Currently PT Delta Wibawa controls 39.35% of LUCY shares. PT Calvin Rekapital Asia owns 15.50% shares, Surya Andarurachma owns 12.54% shares, Dimas Wibowo 12.43% shares, and public investors 20.18% shares. (KR/LM)
