JAKARTA. PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) has increased its investment in one of its subsidiaries, PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif (DPO) by channelling another IDR 4 billion.

Ie Putra, Vice President Director of PMJS, confirmed that the amount of extra capital investment given to DIPO is IDR 4 billion, IDR 1.2 billion of which has been directly deposited to DPO. Meanwhile, another IDR 2.8 billion is channelled through its subsidiary, PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO).

Said additional capital is given to reinforce DPO’s capital structure. “With the additional investment, the issued and paid-up capital of DPO will rise from IDR 10 billion to IDR 14 billion,” Putra added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (10/5).

After the extra capital injection, DIPO now owns 70% of DPO, which are equivalent to ID 9.8 billion, while PMJS controls another 30% worth IDR 4.2 billion.

According to IDNFinancials record, PMJS booked cash and cash equivalent of IDR 445.5 billion at the end of March 31, 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 4.46 trillion, while its equity is worth IDR 2.79 trillion. (KR/ZH)
