JAKARTA - PT Damai Indah Golf Tbk (DMIG) will not distribute any dividend this year despite its success in scoring IDR 53.02 billion of profit in the fiscal year 2022. This will be the second year in which DMIG will not channel out any dividend to shareholders.

Based on the data received by IDNFinancials today (11/5), the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of DMIG yesterday (6/5) decided not to give dividend from the 2022 net profit. The company’s revenue in 2022 was recorded at IDR 186.45 billion, shifting from IDR 139.66 billion in 2021. The gross and operating profit were seen arriving at IDR 126.62 billion and IDR 52.87 billion, respectively, both increasing from IDR 97.19 billion and IDR 32.18 billion. Lastly, the net profit is IDR 37.54 billion.

In 2020, this issuer also did not distribute dividend, although DMIG scored IDR 123.30 billion of revenue and IDR 20.80 billion of net profit. (LK/ZH)
