SMI issues IDR 4 trillion bonds
JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is issuing Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase III Year 2023 worth IDR 4 trillion today (12/5). The bonds’ allotment will take place next week (15/5).
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (12/5), the bonds will be offered in three series, including series A of IDR 171.75 trillion with a tenor of 370 days and interest rate of 5.90% per annum. Series B bonds will be offered for IDR 1.91 trillion with a tenor of three years and equipped with an interest rate of 6.70% per year, while series C is worth IDR 1.91 trillion with an interest rate of 6.80% per annum and 4-years tenor.
The underwriters of this bonds issuance are BCA Sekuritas, which is going to handle 17.40% of them, followed by BNI Sekuritas of 21.96%, CIMB Niaga Sekuritas of 20.20%, Indo Premier Sekuritas of 18.83%, and Mandiri Sekuritas of 21.61%.
Regarding this bonds issuance, PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo), a local rating agency, has granted an “idAAA (triple A)” rating. The assigned trustee is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI).
The proceeds of this bonds issuance will be utilised to fund infrastructure projects, including transportation, roads, water source and irrigation, clean water, integrated water waste treatment system, and waste management. (LK/ZH)
