JAKARTA. PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL) announces the plan of cash dividend distribution of IDR 341 billion that will be taken out of the net profit gained in the fiscal year 2022.

Anggie R. V. Sanusi Sidharta, Corporate Secretary of TOTL, said that the plan is in line with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TOTL. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate the entire net profit and some portion of the retained earnings to be channelled as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given to TOTL’s shareholders whose names have been registered before the recording date on May 23, 2023. The cash dividend payment will take place on June 9, 2023, in which each share is granted a cash dividend of IDR 100.

According to IDNFinancials data, TOTL recorded net profit of IDR 91.68 billion in the fiscal year 2022. At the end of last year, the company also still held onto unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 829.57 billion.

For the record, TOTL’s net profit in 2022 was corrected 9% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 101.68 billion, whereas the revenue grew 30% yoy from IDR 2 trillion to IDR 2.27 trillion. (KR/ZH)
