JAKARTA - PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) decided not to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2022. The decision was made official during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week (12/5).

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (16/5), the issuer collected revenue of IDR 16.57 trillion in 2022, growing from IDR 15.97 trillion seen in 2021. The company's profit was recorded at IDR 801.44 billion, also increasing from IDR 791.91 billion.

In the meeting last week, the entire present shareholders collectively agreed not to distribute dividend from the 2022 net profit. A similar thing happened at the annual meeting on June 30, 2022, in which they also called for no dividend distribution from the net profit in 2021.

Until April 2023, the total shares of TBLA were recorded at 6.02 billion. The shareholder structure consists of PT Sungai Budi of 24.89%, PT Budi Delta Swakarya of 32.77%, UOB Kay Hian Pte of 5%, public investors of 36.26%, and treasury stock of 1.08%. (LK/ZH)
