Solusi Bangun Indonesia to send out cash dividend of IDR 251.78 billion
JAKARTA. PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) arranges a dividend distribution of IDR 251.78 billion that will be taken out of its 2022 net profit.
Andika Lukmana, Corporate Secretary of SMCB, said that this plan is in line with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week. In said meeting, the shareholders approve of the allocation of 29.99% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.
According to IDNFinancials data, SMCB scored IDR 839.28 billion of net profit in 2022. At the end of the year, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 1.79 trillion.
The cash dividend will be given to SMCB's shareholders whose names have entered the official list by May 25, 2023. The dividend will be disbursed on June 10, in which one share is entitled to a dividend of IDR 27.92.
According to IDNFinancials data, approximately 83.52% of SMCB is under the control of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR). Taiheiyo Cement Corporation claims another 15.07%, while public investors share the remaining 1.41%. (KR/ZH)
