Jakarta’s beer manufacturer to share IDR 260.2 billion of dividend
JAKARTA. PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA), an alcoholic beverage manufacturer owned by the Jakarta Regional Government, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 260.2 billion that is taken out of its 2022 net profit.
This plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of DLTA that was held last week. In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate the entire 2022 net profit, even taking out its retained earnings, to be disbursed as cash dividend.
This cash dividend will be given to DLTA’s shareholders whose names have entered the list by the recording date on May 30, 2023. Then, the actual disbursement of the dividend will take place on June 16, 2023, with a total value of IDR 325 per share.
According to IDNFinancials record, DLTA scored a net profit of IDR 230.2 billion in the fiscal year 2022. At the end of last year, its retained earnings were reported at IDR 962.47 billion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 1 trillion.
As of now, approximately 58.33% of DLTA’s shares are under the control of San Miguel Malaysia (L) Private Limited. Then, Jakarta Regional Government claims another 26.25%, while public investors share the remaining 15.42%. (KR/ZH)
