JAKARTA – Bintang Bara BV (BB) divested 41.67 million units of its shares in PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) through several separate transactions throughout January and February 2023.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (23/5), Pingkan Ratna Melati, Corporate Secretary of TOBA, confirmed that Bintang Bara’s portion post-transaction is down to 7.4559% or 600.2 million shares from the initial 7.9736% or 641.87 million shares.

Bintang Bara is estimated to secure IDR 22.59 billion from this transaction. Said amount originates from 41.67 million shares offered for IDR 542.28 each.
