JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) has consistently expanded within the past three years. This year, this issuer plans to distribute dividend of IDR 37 per share taken out of its 2022 net profit.

Based on the data received by IDNFinancials today (24/5), MIKA’s shareholders have agreed upon the allocation of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend worth IDR 37 per share, as well as another IDR 10.07 billion as fund reserves.

In 2022, MIKA distributed dividend of IDR 36 per share from its 2021 net profit, equal to IDR 550 billion. Its net profit was recorded at IDR 1.22 trillion, while its retained earnings reached IDR 12.28 billion, and total equity was worth IDR 6.86 trillion.

Taking it back further, in 2021, this managing company of Mitra Keluarga Hospital chain distributed dividend of IDR 36 per share, totalling to IDR 512.67 billion. It was taken out of the 2020 net profit of IDR 841.67 billion. In said period, its unrestricted retained earnings were IDR 3.36 trillion, while its total equity was at IDR 5.51 trillion. (LK/ZH)
