JAKARTA - PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA) distributed a total dividend value of IDR 120 billion from profits for the 2022 financial year. The total dividend increased by 70.21% compared to dividends from profits for the 2021 financial year of IDR 70.5 billion.

From the data compiled by idnfinancials.com on Monday (29/5), this issuer will distribute cash dividends of IDR 40 per share to shareholders on (28/6) which are recorded in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) as of (8/6).

The distribution of dividends refers to net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 133.68 billion, retained earnings of IDR 161.88 billion, and total equity of IDR 645.41 billion.

In 2022, the value of the dividend distributed to shareholders wasIDR 47 per share. The basis for the distribution of dividends refers to net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 83.60 billion, retained earnings that are not restricted for use of IDR 98.97 billion, and total equity of IDR 580.99 billion.

Meanwhile, in 2021, the total dividend value of this issuer was IDR 40.50 billion or IDR 27 per share. The net profit attributable to the parent entity was IDR 43.11 billion, retained earnings that were not restricted for use were IDR 54.59 billion, and total equity was IDR 536.01 billion. (LK/LM)
