JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) in the fiscal year 2022 skyrockets 180% to IDR 42 per share from IDR 15 per share recorded in the fiscal year 2021. Within the past three years, the performance of this issuer has consistently shown improvement.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (30/5), Setiadi Djadjasaputra, Corporate Secretary of Nusa Raya Cipta, mentioned that the maximum dividend amount has been set to IDR 101.51 billion. It will be disbursed to shareholders on June 23, referring to the official shareholders list by the recording date on June 9.

The dividend allocation has been made based on the record of net profit of IDR 74.67 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 609.02 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.20 trillion.

In 2022, NRCA also distributed cash dividend of IDR 36.25 billion. Its net profit was recorded at IDR 51.46 billion, followed by its retained earnings of IDR 577.40 billion and total equity worth IDR 1.16 trillion.

In 2021, NRCA shared dividend of IDR 15 per share or IDR 36.25 billion in total. Its net profit was recorded at IDR 55.12 billion, followed by its retained earnings of IDR 568.46 billion and total equity of IDR 1.15 trillion. (LK/ZH)
