JAKARTA - The shareholders of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk (SRSN) approve the allocation of dividend of IDR 6.02 billion to rightful investors. This decision was made official during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) yesterday (5/6).

Quoted from the information disclosure today (7/6), the dividend that will be disbursed will be equal to IDR 1 per share, scheduled to be paid on July 7 according to the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on June 15. The dividend allocation refers to the record of the net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 33.64 billion, retained earnings of IDR 140.90 billion, and total equity of IDR 658.34 billion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 13-14, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on June 15-16.

Until April 2023, SRSN's total shares clocked up to 6.02 billion. Budhi Hartono owned 9.44% of them, followed by Biantoro Setijo of 9.71%, Ludijanto Setijo of 9.71%, PT Budhi Bersaudara of 14.15%, PT Kemiri Sarana of 13.61%, PT Sarana Integritas of 5.04%, Budhi Santoso of 9.9%, Budhi Moeljono of 8.85%, and the public of 19.59%.
