JAKARTA – After a year since debuting on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk (HATM) will channel out IDR 28.50 billion of its 2022 net profit. Said amount is equal to 20% of the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 142.51 billion.

Based on the information disclosure quoted today (9/6), Antonius Limbong, Corporate Secretary of Habco Trans Maritima, confirmed that the dividend will amount to IDR 4.07 per share and will be disbursed according to the Official Register of Shareholders by the recording date on June 19.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 15-16, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on June 19-20. The shareholders also agreed to allocate IDR 100 billion as retained earnings and total equity of IDR 699.41 billion.

In 2021, this maritime transportation provider booked revenue of IDR 252.93 billion, gross profit of IDR 157.94 billion, and net profit of IDR 90.15 billion. Its equity was worth IDR 369.95 billion.

HATM offered 6.71 billion shares in its initial public offering (IPO) on July 26, 2022, setting the price to IDR 160 each. In the end, it raised IDR 179 billion of fresh funds. (LK/ZH)
