Rukun Raharja bags USD 16 million facility from Bank Mandiri
JAKARTA. PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), an energy company distributing natural gas, has secured a loan facility worth USD 16 million from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
Said facility was obtained through its subsidiary, PT Raharja Energi Tanjung Jabung (RETJ), a subsidiary located in Jakarta.
Yuni Pattinasarani, Corporate Secretary of RAJA, confirmed that said credit facility had been signed by RETJ and BMRI on June 8, 2023. “The credit facility received by RETJ from BMRI will be used for investment purposes of RETJ,” she explained further in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
According to IDNFinancials, RAJA recorded sales and revenue of USD 37.01 million at the end of the first quarter of 2023. It grew 34% year-on-year (yoy), bringing its net profit in Q1 2023 to USD 5.67 million.
Until March 31, 2023, RAJA posted total assets of USD 292.29 million, while its equity clocked up to USD 138.72 million. (KR/ZH)
