JAKARTA - PT Andalan Sakti Primaindo Tbk (ASPI) projects Grandia LIV to generate IDR 35 billion of marketing sales in 2023. The company seems eager to regain strength after its financial loss in 2022 of IDR 2.86 billion, worsening from minus IDR 672,95 million in 2021.

For the record, in 2022, ASPI only recorded IDR 9.81 billion of revenue, albeit inceasing from IDR 6.1 billion seen in 2021. In 2022, ASPI also announced the start of its latest landed housing project, Grandia LIV. "Our marketing sales projection from the Grandia LIV reaches IDR 35 billion in 2023," the management confirmed during the Annual Public Expose of ASPI held earlier today (12/6).

According to the management, the 2023 capital expenditure will also be allocated to Grandia LIV, as the company has yet to grow interest in branching out to high-rise building projects.

As of March 31, 2023, ASPI actually managed to record increases in revenue and profit. Its revenue soared nearly 227% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 4.04 billion, allowing the company to recover and score net profit of IDR 153.52 billion in Q1 2023 after scoring a loss of IDR 122.41 billion in the same period last year.
