JAKARTA - PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 30.62 billion or 7.87% of net profit for the 2022 financial year. Last year, this issuer did not distribute dividends to shareholders.

Disclosure of information quoted on Thursday (22/6), Vincent Saputra, Director of PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) said that dividends were distributed to shareholders of IDR 7 per share. "A total of IDR 82.5 billion will be recorded as a reserve fund and the rest will be used as retained earnings to increase working capital," he said.

This issuer distributes profits to the parent entity of IDR 388.97 billion and total equity of IDR 1.20 trillion.

In the 2021 financial year, RMKE recorded a net profit of IDR 198.14 billion, but did not distribute cash dividends to shareholders. Profits are allocated as working capital of IDR 194.14 billion and the remaining IDR 4 billion as reserve funds.

In 2022, this issuer posted a net revenue of IDR 2.73 trillion, up from IDR 1.86 trillion in 2021, and up from revenue in 2020 of IDR 635.24 billion. Net profit was recorded at IDR 404.09 billion, an increase from IDR 198.14 billion, and in 2020 profits were recorded at IDR 72.84 billion. (LK/LM)
