JAKARTA. PT Sunindo Pratama Tbk (SUNI), an oil and gas mining company freshly listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier this year, will channel out cash dividend of IDR 7.5 billion.

Said plan was approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of SUNI held last Tuesday (27/6). In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 10.25% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

According to IDNFinancials data, SUNI scored net profit of IDR 73.15 billion in the fiscal year 2022. “The remainder of the net profit after taking out the dividend amounts to IDR 65.65 billion, which will be stored as retained earnings,” the management of SUNI added in the official statement.

Other than allocating the net profit, SUNI’s shareholders also approved the changes made within the management, including the resignation of Talimdan Andy Gunawan from the board of directors, assigning Bambang Prihandono as new director, and renaming Willy Johan Chandra as the President Director of SUNI.
