JAKARTA - PT Ulima Nitra Tbk (UNIQ) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 11.45 billion from profits for the 2022 fiscal year. Last year, the issuer was absent from distributing dividends because it still recorded a loss.

Ulung Wijaya, Director of Business Development & Operations at PT Ulima Nitra Tbk (UNIQ) said that dividends were set at IDR 11.45 billion or 50% of net profit attributable to shareholders. "The total dividend that will be distributed is the equivalent to IDR 3.65 per share to shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders (DPS)," he said as quoted in an information disclosure, Tuesday (4/7).

Throughout 2022, this issuer recorded revenue of IDR 424 billion and profit of IDR 22.9 billion. After being allocated as dividends, the remaining profit is set aside as retained earnings of IDR 9.47 billion and reserves of IDR 2 billion.

This year, UNIQ targets revenue to grow to IDR 508 billion and profit of IDR 30 billion. In order to achieve this target, a number of strategies have been prepared, including adjusting production rates and increasing production volume, obtaining new contracts in the Muaraenim area of ​​South Sumatra and Jambi.
