JAKARTA. PT Fortune Mate Indonesia Tbk (FMII), a property and real estate company, will distribute bonus shares worth IDR 370 billion.

This plan is in accordance with the results of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held on 23 June 2023. At the meeting, the shareholders agreed to distribute 400 million bonus shares with a nominal value of IDR 925 per share.

Agustinus Agus Sunarto, Corporate Secretary of FMII, said that the ratio of bonus shares used is 6.8025:1.

Bonus shares will be given to FMII shareholders whose names are registered in the register of shareholders on 10 July 2023. The distribution of bonus shares will be carried out on 27 July 2023.

As of 31 December 2022, FMII had a total equity of IDR 651.99 billion. In addition, the company also has other paid-in capital which is the basis for issuing bonus shares of IDR 272.1 billion. (KR/LM)
